National GP Patient Survey Results 2019
The results of the National GP Patient survey were published in August and we are delighted that the results for Dr Shakarchi's practice continue to be amongst the highest in the area. The practice scored particularly highly when compared to other Central London practices with the number of people that said it was easy to get through by phone, the number of people that get to see their preferred GP, and the number of people that said that they waited 15 minutes or less.
You can view the full results by going to https://www.gp-patient.co.uk/ and typing in the search box Dr Maher Shakarchi's Practice
We will be discussing the results at our forthcoming Patient Participation Group (PPG) meeting on 30 October 2019 at St Barnabas Church, and we would welcome your views by emailing email@example.com
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets three or four times a year, and it is designed for patients and surgery staff to discuss how services should be provided by the practice. It is not a forum to air personal grievances, but it does help the surgery to understand what it does well and areas where it needs to improve. If meetings are not for you, you can become part of our Virtual PPG where we email you three or four times a year with minutes of the PPG meetings and occasionally ask you to complete a survey about our services.
If you are willing to join the PPG or our Virtual PPG, or if you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org There is a dedicated PPG page on our website at http://www.victoriagp.com/ppg.aspx?t=1
