The senior doctor of the practice who trained in London and has been a GP for 26 years.
A very experienced clinician, DrShakarchi is a Member of the Royal College of GeneralPractitioners and previously served on the Professional Executive Committee of the PCTand is currently on Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
Dr Shakarchi performs minor surgery, as well as providing primary care to all the patients. He has a particular interest in pain relief and has advanced certificates in anaesthetics.

Dr Baroni is an experienced General Practitioner who has been working in London for over twenty years. She was born in Italy where she qualified in Medicine and achieved a CCST in Otolaryngology. She moved to the UK in 1995 and worked in various hospital settings and general practice. She has obtained MRCGP. She has developed a broad range of interests within medicine, in particular mental health, women's health and preventative medicine.
In addition to the above she has been working OOH for LCWUCC where she supervises the GP registrars. She has a holistic approach and provides individual care which is patient focused. She is fluent in Italian, Spanish and also speaks some French. She loves opera, ballet and cinema.
Emma is an experienced practice nurse and joined the practice in 2019. Emma loves giving travel advice, and provides the full range of travel vaccinations,whatever your destination. She is also responsible for all patients with chronic diseases,such as diabetes and asthma, and performs the annual checks-ups.
Andrew has over 25 years experience of Health Service management and joined the practice in 2019. He is particularly interested in patients' views of how the surgery should be run and works closely with the Patient Participation Group.
Receptionist / Administrator
Lawrence is our receptionist and helps out a lot with administration of the practice.
Debbie has been a receptionist for 23yrs. She knows our patients well.
Our Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN), Joanne sees all of our patients with mental health difficulties, Joanne is dedicated to ensuring that mental health issues are not neglected, and provides regular support at time of need.
Our Health Visitor, Ms Augusta Allie is available for advice and help for all the babies and under 5s. She will visit all new mums at home after delivery and is available at our drop-in baby clinic on Thursday afternoons.
Our Practice Counsellor, Salwa is a wonderful source of support, and a listening ear for all those going through a difficult period in life, struggling with low mood, anxiety, or a problem of a personal nature.
Samantha Strange, Care Navigator, is an extra resource to help GPs and Patients navigate through community services, helping to streamline some of the processes, reducing the time GP's spend on form filling and chasing referrals.
Specialist Stop Smoking Advisor for Westminster, Kick-It provide a free, evidence-based service for all smokers who would like support in giving up.
All of our clients receive six weeks of 1-1 support from a specialist stop smoking advisor who will tailor their support to each individual, as we recognise that everyone is different.
